About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Planning Officer to join our team at Excalibur Security Services Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and oversight to our administrative team, ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures related to record management, ensuring compliance with government regulations and industry standards.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business decision-making.
  • Supervision: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a fair and timely manner, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Budget Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring that our organization remains financially stable.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
