Job Title: Senior Mineral Processing Engineer

About the Role:

Westpro Machinery Inc. is a leading Canadian company in the mineral processing industry, with a global presence and over years of experience. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mineral Processing Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop process solutions for customer proposals, including design criteria, mass balances, and flow sheets.
  • Review equipment specifications and provide technical advice to the Sales Team.
  • Ensure engineering and quality standards are met in processing outputs.
  • Assist project teams with technical process solutions and on-site commissioning.
  • Prepare detailed site reports and review operating manuals.
  • Provide equipment technology training and research new equipment design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Mineral Processing or Extractive Metallurgy.
  • Registered as a professional engineer.
  • Extensive knowledge of mineral processing equipment and process design.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
