Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient care and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and inventory of medications and pharmaceutical products
  • Clean and maintain equipment, ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients
  • Record vital signs and document patient rehabilitation progress
  • Prepare solutions for specimen preservation and maintain supplies
  • Process files and paperwork, and schedule appointments
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception and telephone duties
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Reliability and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in English
  • 35 to 45 hours per week
