Job Title: Medical Clinic Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Assistant to join our team at Restore Hyperbarics and Medical Centre.

Job Summary:

The Medical Clinic Assistant will provide administrative support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our medical clinic. This role involves a variety of tasks, including maintaining patient records, processing claims, and performing general clerical duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Process claims and manage billing
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as answering phones and responding to emails
  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient care and administrative tasks
  • Develop and maintain information materials for patients
  • Maintain inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products
  • Record vital signs and process medical data
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
