Food Service Team Lead

At Chef Tony, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that high-quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our kitchen operations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with our chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless communication between kitchen staff.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
