About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Anusha Investment Ltd. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
    • Ensure the office is well-maintained and equipped with necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Communication and Liaison
    • Act as a liaison between the management team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external parties to ensure seamless operations.
  • Policy and Procedure
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Review and update existing policies and procedures to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  • Training and Development
    • Provide training and support to new staff members to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
    • Identify areas for improvement and develop training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
