About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Agent to join our team at Duka Property Management Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our properties, ensuring that all lease agreements are met, and providing exceptional service to our clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Supervise Staff: Lead a team of rental agents and building superintendents, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to excel in their roles.
  • Contract Management: Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance, and ensure that all terms are met.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects, monitoring progress and costs to ensure they align with our clients' expectations.
  • Financial Management: Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, preparing expense and income reports to inform our business decisions.
  • Client Service: Respond promptly to trouble calls from clients and tenants, providing exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in property management or a related field
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
