Responsabilités
  • Harmoniser les données vendeurs pour présenter notre inventaire de manière uniformisée sur nos sites
  • Travailler en collaboration avec nos marques pour créer des pages de produit de qualité
  • Contrôler la qualité et s'assurer de l'exactitude des informations sur tous les éléments
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes interfonctionnelles pour améliorer l'expérience du client sur le site
  • Résoudre les problèmes liés aux intégrations, aux mises en quarantaine forcée, aux retours clients et à la qualité des pages Web
  • Analyser les produits/catégories les plus rentables et mettre en œuvre des solutions
Compétences requises
  • 1 à 2 années d'expérience dans un poste similaire de gestion de contenu de commerce électronique ou en vente au détail
  • Compétences en communication écrite et orale en anglais et en français
  • Fortes capacités à gérer le stress, à rester organisé et flexible dans un environnement de travail axé sur les échéanciers
  • Compétences techniques et informatiques (Algolia, gestion de l'information produit (PIM), gestion des ressources numériques (DAM), Excel, Suite Google)
