Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ADVENT ACADEMIC SERVICES LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant team members.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries and provide timely support to clients.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
Personal Qualities:
  • Organized and efficient in managing multiple tasks.
