Position: Customer Support Representative

The Customer Experience Division is in search of part-time personnel to serve as Service Agents (311) within the Citizen Relations department.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage inquiries, grievances, and feedback from the public.
  • Recognize and track information requests, complaints, comments, and recommendations through various communication channels including in-person, phone, and written correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of high school education.
  • A minimum of two years of pertinent experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent interpersonal communication abilities and capacity to manage stressful situations.

The selection process will include assessments of language proficiency and customer service skills.

Training: Comprehensive in-person training lasting approximately four weeks on a full-time basis will be provided.

Work Hours: Flexible scheduling options, including availability on weekends and holidays.

Compensation: $26.80 per hour.

Work Arrangement: About 75% of the work will be conducted remotely.
