We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team at Sukhdev S Bahniwal as a General Labourer. As a key member of our farming team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to crop cultivation, harvesting, and processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Management: Assist in planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops, including bell peppers, cherries, melons, orchard fruit, and tomatoes.
  • Harvesting and Processing: Cut, grade, and pack fruits and vegetables according to size, shape, color, and volume to ensure high-quality products.
  • Greenhouse Maintenance: Clean and maintain greenhouses to ensure a healthy and productive growing environment.
  • Hand Harvesting: Harvest seedlings and crops by hand, ensuring accurate and efficient harvesting practices.
  • Quality Control: Examine products for quality and readiness for market, ensuring that only the highest-quality products are sold.
Work Environment

As a General Labourer at Sukhdev S Bahniwal, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk, as well as sit and combine sitting, standing, and walking.
