About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at Sunview Market Ltd. As a key member of our agricultural operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm workers and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of farm workers and harvesting laborers to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain farm equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of farm operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in farm supervision or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in varying weather conditions.
  • English language proficiency.
