Clinical Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Services Manager to join our team at 67 Degrees Cosmetic Clinic.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign healthcare workers to specific projects and programs, ensuring effective resource allocation and optimal patient care.
- Coordinate the delivery of healthcare services within the department, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Direct and control daily operations, making informed decisions to drive business growth and patient satisfaction.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring financial stability and resource optimization.
- Plan and organize daily operations, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities to team members.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for the delivery of healthcare services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop evaluation systems to monitor healthcare services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Coordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 35 hours per week.
