Clinical Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Manager to join our team at 67 Degrees Cosmetic Clinic. As a Clinical Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign healthcare workers to specific projects and programs to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal patient care.
- Coordinate the delivery of healthcare services within the department to ensure seamless patient flow and timely completion of tasks.
- Direct and control daily operations to ensure compliance with clinical standards and policies.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation and financial management.
- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal patient care.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for the delivery of healthcare services to ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
- Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure a high-performing team that delivers exceptional patient care.
- Develop evaluation systems to monitor healthcare services and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a clinical services management role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 35 hours per week.
