Clinical Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Services Manager to join our team at 67 Degrees Cosmetic Clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of healthcare services within the department, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Assign healthcare workers to specific projects and programs, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate the delivery of healthcare services within the department, working closely with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Direct and control daily operations, making informed decisions to optimize patient care and departmental performance.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet departmental needs.
- Plan and organize daily operations, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities to team members as needed.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for the delivery of healthcare services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop evaluation systems to monitor healthcare services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Coordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration or a related field.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a healthcare management role, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Permanent position.
- English language required.
