Cleaning Operations Manager

At WESTMAN FACILITY SERVICES, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify areas that require attention and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
- Prepare and manage budgets to ensure that cleaning operations are conducted within allocated resources.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that cleaning operations are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
