Provide Exceptional Service at Cadillac Fairview

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers, retailers, and business partners have a positive and memorable experience at our shopping centers.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from assisting with gift card sales and providing information about the center to engaging with customers through text messaging and maintaining up-to-date customer information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.
  • Utilize daily customer service programs for tasks such as gift card sales, offering strollers, walkers, and wheelchairs, and promoting center activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with security and maintenance staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
  • Engage with customers through text messaging services and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Build strong relationships with the community, retailers on the property, and stay informed about local events and trends.
  • Act as a liaison between administrative services, security, maintenance, marketing, and other shopping center departments.
  • Manage gift card sales at the serviCentre, including supervising related records, analyzing sales data, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Update customer database information, keep a journal of special events and promotions, and communicate relevant information to customers.
  • Assist with marketing programs and engage with customers while actively participating in center activities.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality is an asset. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
