- Supervise and guide kitchen staff and assistants.
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of food supplies and kitchen equipment.
- Organize and manage buffets and banquets.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and workflow.
- Innovate and create new recipes to enhance the menu.
Experience in quality assurance and control is essential to maintain high culinary standards.
