Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families in our community.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination and continuum of patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement and evaluation activities to enhance patient outcomes and healthcare services.
- Utilize an electronic medical record (EMR) to record patient details and ensure accessibility to all collaborating team members.
Expected Hours:
- Full-time or part-time opportunities available.
Qualifications:
- Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS).
- Eligibility for certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).
- Membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA).
- Current certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), Critical Care Emergency Skills (CCrISP), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
