Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Grizz Hotel Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, including managing staff, coordinating maintenance and repair services, and ensuring compliance with local health and sanitation regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning duties.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and efficient maintenance and repair services.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the selection and purchase of equipment and supplies, ensuring that they meet the hotel's standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that they meet the hotel's quality standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all housekeeping staff are aware of and comply with local health and sanitation regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience in a related field is an asset.
  • Experience: Experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role is preferred.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
