A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONTENT RESTORATION SUPERVISOR

In your role as a Content Restoration Supervisor, your daily activities will center around managing the complexities of content restoration with skill and precision. You will lead a dedicated team, sharing your knowledge in overseeing on-site cleaning processes, handling pre and post-construction cleaning, and executing content packing and unpacking operations. Your responsibilities will also include training and guiding team members, ensuring exceptional quality in routine cleaning tasks, and meticulously organizing clients' belongings in their homes after structural work is completed. Whether cataloging and packing household items in our facility or addressing the unique requirements of on-site projects, your keen attention to detail will be essential in restoring clients' properties to their original state. In this vibrant and collaborative setting, your leadership will be crucial in creating impeccably clean and inviting environments that leave a lasting positive impression on our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience in content restoration is preferred
  • Background in cleaning and/or packing/moving is advantageous
  • Proficient in technology and report writing: Ability to effectively use relevant software and tools, and to produce clear, detailed reports and content inventories.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a solid customer service focus
  • Willingness to be on-call for after-hours emergency tasks as required
  • Clean criminal record and valid driver's license
