Teaching Opportunity

Mon Sheong Foundation is seeking a qualified educator to teach Chinese language and mathematics at our Chinese School campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Chinese language and mathematics to students of various age groups and skill levels.
  • Implement curriculum and program to maximize students' learning experience.
  • Deliver lessons according to approved teaching plans.
  • Attend teacher meetings, seminars, and assist in school events.
  • Maintain attendance records and communicate with parents as needed.
  • Assign and review homework, administer tests, and provide progress reports.
  • Meet with parents to discuss student progress and address concerns.

Requirements:

  • Teachers' College Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous teaching experience, preferably in Ontario.
  • Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Working Hours:

  • Part-time hours from September to June, with classes held on Wednesday, Friday evenings, and/or Saturday mornings.
