Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and skilled Estimating Supervisor to oversee our team of estimators. If you excel in a team-oriented atmosphere and are keen to make a substantial impact, this opportunity is tailored for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of estimators, managing workflows and achieving results.
  • Evaluate and interpret shop drawings to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Produce detailed AutoCAD drawings for project submissions and provide precise pricing and quotations.
  • Work closely with the project team from the initial design stage through to project completion.
  • Issue and revise quotes, ensuring clear communication with all involved parties.
  • Review and offer insights on shop drawings and project specifications.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and projects as required, demonstrating your adaptability and leadership capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a history of successfully managing a team.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD and a strong attention to detail.
  • 2-5 years of experience in construction or estimation, with a solid grasp of industry standards and practices.
  • A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellence.
