Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Estimating Supervisor to lead our team of estimators and manage the estimation process from start to finish. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of industry standards and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of estimators, managing workflows and driving results.
  • Analyze and interpret shop drawings to ensure precision and accuracy.
  • Create detailed AutoCAD drawings for project submittals and provide accurate pricing and quotations.
  • Collaborate closely with the project team from the initial design phase to project completion.
  • Issue and update quotes, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Review and provide insights on shop drawings and project specifications.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed, showcasing your versatility and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading a team.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and a keen eye for detail.
  • 2-5 years of experience in construction or estimation, with a strong understanding of industry standards and practices.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering excellence.
