Job Overview:
The Pre-Construction Estimating Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the estimation processes prior to the commencement of construction projects. This position is essential for ensuring that all project costs are accurately assessed and aligned with the company's financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the estimating team in the preparation of comprehensive cost estimates for various construction projects.
2. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
3. Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and associated costs.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
