Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at SMH Management Inc. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, establishing work schedules, and resolving work problems.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Dental plan and health care plan provided.
- Permanent position with 32 hours per week.
- English is the primary language of work.
