Candidate Profile
Your application should reflect:
- Your strategy for engaging stakeholders in the IPD process.
- Your methods for addressing and resolving project-related challenges.

Resume Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing Lean Design and Construction.
- A solid understanding of various contract models and the ability to guide clients in selecting the most suitable options for their needs.
- Outstanding skills in workshop development and facilitation.
- Proven success in leading project meetings.
- A readiness to learn and adapt.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on an IPD project.
- Participation in IPD seminars or Lean courses, with relevant certifications.
- Experience in construction and design.
Role Responsibilities:
While each day will be unique, you can expect to:
- Travel to various ISL offices to implement IPD practices as required.
- Design, train, facilitate, and advise IPD teams on a variety of Lean tools.
- Maintain and document all IPD processes, templates, and training materials.
- Engage in continuous improvement by collecting feedback, staying updated on methodology changes, and refining ISL's IPD practices accordingly.
- Work closely with clients to educate them on IPD principles and processes for their projects.
- Facilitate partner meetings, educational sessions, and IPD workshops.
- Assist clients in finalizing their business cases, value propositions, and satisfaction criteria.
- Collaborate with Lean/IPD Project Teams throughout all phases of Lean/IPD Delivery, including Pre-Validation, Onboarding, Validation, Target Value Design, Production/Construction, commissioning, and warranty.
- Guide the IPD Team through interactive workshops.
- Build strong relationships with clients and IPD Teams to enhance project outcomes using innovative Lean approaches.
- Ensure client expectations and satisfaction are consistently met or exceeded.
- Establish and maintain networks with existing and prospective clients.
- Support ongoing improvement initiatives for the Lean IPD Team to enhance project and process effectiveness.
