About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Support Specialist, where you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of Sterling Fleet Outfitters. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will work closely with our sales team to provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide sales support and customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our sales team to drive sales growth and achieve sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Design and present vehicle layouts to customers, recommending the best products to suit their needs.
  • Prepare quotations and project costings, and estimates in QuickBooks.
  • Handle incoming sales inquiries by phone and email, and respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with sales reps to design and present layouts to address customer objectives.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in business or finance.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Hands-on experience with electrical 12V and 120V.
  • CAD or other design knowledge.
