About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Oh So Sweet Sugar Boutique Inc. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and information to support sales efforts.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales support role.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, organized, and a team player.
