About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team at Sterling Fleet Outfitters, a leading provider of commercial vehicle outfitters in Western Canada. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team to drive growth and success. You will work closely with our sales team to design and present layouts to address customers' objectives, handle incoming sales inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team to accomplish weekly and monthly priorities
  • Create quotations and project costings and estimates in QuickBooks
  • Design vehicle layouts and recommend the best products to suit customers' applications
  • Sales support and customer service duties
  • Face-to-face discussions with customers
  • Handle incoming sales inquiries by phone and email
  • Prepare orders and verify inventory for scheduling
  • Coordinate with sales reps to design and present layouts to address customers' objectives
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in business or finance
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Have worked in a customer-facing role in the past
  • Hands-on automotive experience
  • Hands-on experience with electrical 12V and 120V
  • CAD or other design knowledge
