Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to English-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide detailed product information.
  • Efficiently manage orders, returns, and exchanges with precision.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to troubleshoot and address customer concerns.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to multitask and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
