Job Title: E-commerce Specialist

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our team at Ventmere Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of merchandise for our e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Study market reports, trade periodicals, and sales promotion materials to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels to ensure timely delivery of merchandise to our customers.
  • Oversee the distribution of merchandise to our outlets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Review requirements of our establishment and determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase.
  • Supervise the work of other buyers and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as procurement, supply chain management, or e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, colleagues, and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
