About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned HRIS professional with expertise in Cornerstone to join our Global People team as a Senior HR Systems Specialist. This pivotal role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis, with the possibility of extension. The position is flexible in location and can be based in any of WSP's Central or East Coast offices in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the key coordinator between regional talent teams, IT, Project Horizon (Oracle), and Global HR.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Be the global point of contact for the Cornerstone product, fostering strong relationships across geographies.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders globally, adapting to different time zones as needed.
  • Provide hands-on technical expertise in Cornerstone and the Oracle HCM Cloud integration.
  • Manage learning journeys, course curation, training records, and measure ROI of the Cornerstone product.
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Cornerstone, Oracle, and other regional systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues within the Cornerstone Project.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for HCM integrations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Talent Management, or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in HCM Cloud integration, specifically with Cornerstone.
  • Proven track record with HR Information Systems.
  • Ideally, experience in HR and talent development environments.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety, and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
  • Ability to work schedules conducive to business needs that may extend beyond the typical workweek.
