Director of Demand Planning

About the Role
The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Demand Planning to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for leading the demand planning process and team for assigned categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Integrated Business Planning process for Canada BU, ensuring accurate forecasts and timely production deadlines.
- Develop and implement forecasting best practices, driving continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
- Manage a team of demand planners, fostering a culture of personal ownership and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Drive improvements to current business practices, delivering best-in-class forecast accuracy and bias results.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Supply Chain experience, preferably in Demand Planning.
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent required, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, o9, or other ERP/APS software, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
