Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our team at Lifemark. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoicing, providing exceptional customer support, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process current AR billing in ADMS as needed, adhering to SLAs for various referral sources, including insurers, legal, WSIB, employer, LTD, and other.
  • Respond to queries from clinic office managers regarding proper intercompany billing.
  • Print and/or upload assessor invoices and inter-company invoices received via email, fax, or drop-off into the ADMS system.
  • Troubleshoot billing issues and respond to questions from referral sources, finance department, and fellow employees.
  • Prepare various reports throughout the month to ensure billing issues are addressed and resolved promptly.
  • Process current AP assessor invoices in ADMS as needed.

Requirements:

  • Service-oriented, reliable, and able to prioritize and multitask.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills, including intermediate-level Microsoft applications and the Internet.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
