Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and our team.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service and meeting our quality standards.
  • Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure that our staff have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Plan and manage the ordering of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have what we need to meet customer demand.
  • Prepare Budgets and Reports: Develop and manage budgets and reports to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
