Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Northern Spice Pizza & Donair INC. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Establish work schedules and supervise staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
