Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Service Representative to join our team. As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for serving as the primary contact with our retail customer locations, ensuring that our products are properly stocked and maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Restock and perform routine service on kiosks as needed
  • Perform on-call repairs or adjustments to the machine when out of order
  • Respond to service and repair dispatches as needed
  • Install machines in the local area
  • Monitor territory reports daily for issues and contact stores to resolve connectivity or power issues
  • Maintain inventory for re-stocking machines
  • Conduct store meetings and interact with store staff/management to ensure a good working relationship with our clients
  • Drive revenue in territory by optimizing machine locations, uptime, product mix, store relationships, etc.
  • Follow store safety rules and work in a safe and healthy manner

Requirements

  • Must be able to travel between Windsor and Guelph
  • Must have a Valid Drivers License
