About the Opportunity- Provide one-on-one support to residents, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Assist with daily tasks, such as eating, bathing, and grooming, under the direction of nursing staff.
- Support residents in recreation programming and daily activities.
- Monitor and maintain a safe environment, adhering to social distancing protocols and infection control measures.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure residents receive high-quality care and support.
- You have a post-secondary education and valid CPR/First Aid training, with experience working in a healthcare environment.
- You are a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
