About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Renewal by Andersen. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting in-home sales presentations and providing homeowners with the information they need to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Travel and Sales Presentations: Travel to pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners in the greater Toronto area and conduct sales presentations to showcase our custom window and door solutions.
  2. Product Demonstrations: Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes with homeowners to ensure they understand the benefits of our products.
  3. Value-Based Selling: Follow a value-based selling process that embodies honesty and integrity, providing homeowners with a transparent and personalized sales experience.
  4. Training and Meetings: Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on our products and sales processes.
  5. Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the success of our sales team.
Requirements
  1. Valid Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license to travel to appointments.
  2. Travel Comfort: Be comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis.
  3. Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials.
  4. Technical Skills: Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
  5. Previous Sales Experience: Previous outside sales experience is a plus.
  6. Desire to Learn: Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
  7. Closing Skills: Strong desire and ability to close the sale.
Compensation and Benefits
  1. Paid Training: Paid 9-week training with continued coaching and mentorship.
  2. Commission Structure: Uncapped, full commission structure with current consultants earning $150,000-$300,000+.
  3. Bonus Opportunities: Performance-based bonus opportunities.
  4. Insurance Package: Full insurance package including medical, dental, vision, and life.
  5. RRSP: RRSP with employer percentage.
  6. Student Loan Repayment: Student loan repayment program.
Schedule
  1. Flexibility: Flexibility on a weekly basis.
  2. Evening and Weekend Availability: Evening and weekend availability required.
