We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Youth Performance Company in Oakville. As Artistic Director, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining a creative vision that aligns with our organization's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive dance program for ages 12-17, focusing on technical instruction, mentorship, and feedback.
- Prepare the Youth Performance Company for various performances, competitions, and showcases, ensuring they're well-prepared and confident on stage.
- Collaborate with dance instructors and choreographers to foster a well-rounded dance education for our students.
- Contribute to the development and expansion of our dance programs, including the creation of new classes and workshops.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during rehearsals and performances, maintaining a respectful and disciplined dance environment.
