Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail. You will be standing for extended periods and must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
