Fire Alarm Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Technician to join our team at Fire Safety and Protection LLC. As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for testing, inspecting, and servicing fire alarm systems and devices to ensure they are functioning properly and meet local and national security standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test fire alarm systems and devices to identify any issues or malfunctions.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fire alarm systems and devices.
  • Install and configure new fire alarm systems and devices.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with local and national security standards.
  • Provide training and support to customers on the use and maintenance of fire alarm systems and devices.
Requirements:
  • CFAA License
  • Prior experience with monitoring systems, emergency lighting systems, and security systems.
  • Siemens and/or Mircom ESD experience preferred.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Customer-oriented mentality.
