Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Technician to join our team at Troy Life & Fire Safety. As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of our fire alarm systems, emergency lighting systems, and other life safety systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on fire alarm, fire extinguisher, emergency lighting systems, and other life safety systems.
  • Verify the functionality of fire alarm systems and ensure they meet the highest standards of reliability and client satisfaction.
  • Complete work orders and report in a timely fashion, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as a liaison between clients and our team.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure the highest level of system reliability and client satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our team.
Requirements
  • CFAA certification is required.
  • Two years of community college in electronics or equivalent training is desired.
  • Two years' working experience with fire alarm systems is essential.
  • Proficient in the use of computers and able to navigate software applications.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work afternoons and nights on an ongoing basis.
