Security Supervisor

Vista Security & Investigations is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule work and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and be the point of contact for emergency situations
- Prepare and submit progress and other reports
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of workers
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Flexibility and initiative
- Reliability and team player
This is a full-time position that requires working on site. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing and walking.
