Job Title: Hotel General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our team at Fairfield Inn & Suites Marriott Barrie.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive hotel performance and revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Manage hotel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a hotel management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.
