WoodGreen is seeking a highly skilled Housing Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Housing & Homelessness Services Unit, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned properties, including property and tenancy management, maintenance, business transactions, community development, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage property and tenancy operations, ensuring high standards of maintenance and quality assurance inspections.
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants and ensure their needs are met.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasting requirements and overseeing operational budgets.
- Provide oversight of personnel and assess performance, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Plan, develop, and implement community development activities and programs that reflect the organization's principles and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
- Property Management Certification from the Institute of Housing Management or related certification.
- 5+ years of housing experience, with knowledge of property management and housing business outcomes administration.
