In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service through:
- Product installations
- Applications training
- Software upgrades
- Phone support and training programs
Your contributions will also extend to assisting in the sales process by conducting product demonstrations and engaging with customers to meet both regional and corporate sales objectives.
As a representative of Canon Medical Systems Canada, maintaining a professional demeanor is essential. This position requires effective collaboration with corporate and regional teams to drive profitable revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the range of Vascular and X-ray products and associated equipment within designated regions.
- Provide clinical applications training and support to both new and existing clients.
- Conduct product training and applications support for new installations.
- Assist in demonstrations at hospitals and other medical facilities.
- Support pre and post-sales activities, including presentations, installations, training, demonstrations, follow-ups, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in marketing activities, including tradeshows.
- Engage in product training for internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and modify customer-facing training manuals and user guides.
- Maintain documentation to support customer training and business unit needs.
- Assist with RFP commercial responses.
- Communicate regularly with local teams and management.
- Provide ongoing support to address application-related and image quality issues at both product and system levels.
It is crucial to adhere to all Canon Medical Systems Canada policies, including those related to environmental, health and safety, and confidentiality.
While previous experience in Clinical Applications is advantageous, it is not mandatory. A well-organized approach to work is essential, and proficiency in French is considered an asset.
