Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team in Saint Johns, NL. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying infestation sources, and applying treatments to eliminate and prevent pest infestations.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect properties to identify infestation sources and extent of damage
- Apply treatments using mechanical or electric sprayers and set traps as per regulatory guidelines
- Offer recommendations to clients on preventing pest infestations
- Study preliminary reports and determine treatment types required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of infestations
- Document all work electronically after each visit
Requirements
- Structural Exterminator License not required but preferred
- Valid Driver's license / clean driving record
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- A successful criminal background check
