About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Richmoor's Pizzeria. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Train and develop staff in their roles, focusing on excellent customer service, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet business demands.
    • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resources.
    • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
    • Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Work Setting
    • Food service establishment.
    • Restaurant.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and lead a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
